15 minutes - immediately off the bike onto the elliptical at 150-10 HR
10 min ab work on the floor

Created 1/2/10. Here, I will chronicle my meteoric rise to mountain-biking mediocrity, my epic failure to do so, or the major medical event resulting from said efforts. I have loved the bicycle my entire life, and started riding again in 2001 as an adult. Now, at 38 years old, I've signed up for a race in May. I need to drop weight, get fit and gain skills. Let the good times roll!
